"I took my compressor to them and got an estimate of $450. I fixed it for $15. It is not a joke. Just I did replace the carburetor. I do not recommend this shop."
"Free Pickup and Delivery after repair and the best service I have ever had. Cody and his team did a incredible job sharpening and tuning up my McLane mower. I hadn't had it serviced for a few seasons because of the hassle of getting the job done but Besco made it easy. If you need a lawn mower repair, all you have to do is call them. I got a phone quote cheaper than any of the rental repair stores and Besco included the free transportation. I even waited till I mowed my lawn before completing this review and my tiff lawn is golf-course perfect. Cody is also loaded with good information and spent 30 minutes showing me how to take care of the mower in off-season. Give them a call - I highly recommend!!"
"Very bad customer service.. I would recommend somebody else ASAP do not use this company.. I have waited over a month and a 1/2 to get a blower and a chainsaw done they do not sharpen chains anymore... They did not call to let me know what parts I needed for my blower or my chainsaw... Was supposed to be last week and I told them that I need my chainsaw and blower done by Wednesday.. The mechanic was supposed to call me this morning never called I have been calling them since 8 o'clock this morning to get my blower in my chainsaw Done.. Do not recommend this company find somebody else.. And their mechanic keeps on taking off Whenever he Feels like . Had to take my blower back yesterday 9 15 22.. Because parts were missing on me it's we're missing on my chainsaw case plus parts were missing on my chainsaw.... I am done with this company and mechanic keeps taking off whenever you feel like it and I hope. That people read this and kind of think twice about this company please please please please think twice about this company"
