"I came to this location on 2/10/2023 and Paul who worked in the tool rental area was not very polite. I called last night and was told this department opens at 6. I walked in at 5:45 and asked if they were open because he was sitting there and he responded with a yes as if I was stupid for asking. I wanted to rent a truck and told him I checked online and it showed they had 2 and he said that doesn’t mean anything. He also tried to say that I was using someone else’s insurance because I didn’t know the name of my insurance company, and he said well, most people know the name of their insurance company. I get in the truck and the low tire light was on, I knocked on the door he turned and looked at me and shook his head. I then told him the light was on and he said they are always on when they service the tire, it’s OK. This guy seems to get easily annoyed and should not be working with people."
"I was at the store today around 1PM and one of the managers Brian was helping cutting wood in lumber dept. He was awesome at getting what I needed and getting the plywood sheet I needed cut to size. There were 2 other customers ahead of me and he got everyone taken care of super fast, and one of them had about 15 cuts on some 4x4s. Great customer service. Pat was at the check out at the roll up door and was amazing, and shared some pointers on the culled wood area!"
"Purchased a bathroom vanity from Home Depot for the guest bathroom and we really like it. Top is granite, super heavy and pretty sturdy for the price. Staff helped us load it in our truck."
