"If you want over priced parts and grown men to move a snails pace… this is your auto parts store. Very unhelpful. Not willing do do anything other than what asked and even then it’s at their level of knowledge. Surprised they know how to use a keyboard. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. I’m not replacing an engine and do t need any mechanic advice but these guys are worthless. I’d rather use an automated machine. Pete is rude unhelpful and has one foot in the grave. They might as well go work at the door at Walmart. If you hate your job Pete just quit… super simple."

"Salesman was very unfriendly and short with having to help me. Went to return a starter solenoid that "DID NOT WORK" at all and he told me they don't take electrical parts back after being installed. I asked why do they say it has a warranty, he said that is only for parts that go bad after use. I told him that I understand that but doesn't the part have to work first to be used before it can go bad. After a little back and forth I ended up getting my money back. So much for great customer service. I gave one star because I was able to get my money back."
