"I went to get touch up paint, and nobody was in the department. I press the button. No one came. I went to HOME DEPOT THERE WERE 2 PEOPLE THERE. Who us running this place."

"Beware of 48 hour return policy on appliances I attempted to return a washer that I had purchased back in December of last year. It has only been 3 weeks and they would not accept a return. Their policy is return appliances UNOPENED within 48 hours. How are you supposed to know the appliance works if you can’t open the packaging? This is ridiculous. Now I have a worthless washer that I can’t return. I am never buying another appliance at Lowe’s again. Clearly, they do not care about customer service at all. At least make certain your shoppers completely understand your return policy. I would NOT have bought it if I had know I could essentially not return it."

"The store is already gearing up for the 2023 Fall, so there is nice discounts going on. I've been coming to this Lowe's for the past 20 years and it's always been laid back with not too many long lines at the cashier. Also, I've been able to find a customer representative when I need help. I love how it's less of hassle to get Military or Senior discounts here than Home Depot and they have a designated Military parking which Home Depot doesn't have. Thier Home and Decor is by far much better than some of the other stores. Some prices are a bit over the top but I believe they do price match."

"Attempted to purchase ceiling fans with 44 inch fan blades for the posted price of $79.98 from this display. At checkout the fans were $50 more than the 2 signs ($129.98). When I brought it to the manager’s attention, she informed me the posted price was for the same style fan with 52 inch blades. Sure enough, if you look close enough at the price tags, it says 52 inch blades. When I explained how misleading it was to stacks all those fans under the wrong price, she said she would sell the fans for $100. That is still not okay and a scam. Lowe’s is trying to sell me a 44 inch fan for $100 when they are selling the same fan with 52 inch blades for $79.98. Shame on you Lowe’s. The consumer deserves better. I guess my thousands of dollars I already spent there this is is not important to you. Time to take business elsewhere."
