"My wife went to get us food and your staff was completely rude and unprofessional. First off, they were cussing at customers in Spanish, secondly, the employees were very unhygienic, one in particular sneezed all over the food. Third, your cashier doesn't listen to customers when ordering drinks which we never got but we were charged for them. Forth, your people forgot the teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki chicken but included chili sauce and soy sauce. Never going back, reporting to the Helath department, and the Nevada Better business bureau."
"Came in today and got a very unpleasant experience. We understand that there was a waiting line but this was no reason for the staffs unprofessionalism. We placed our order at 5:24pm and decided to wait for our food as we only had partial, they placed our food on the counter. 10 minutes later the food came out and instead of completing our order they served everyone else while our food was getting stale and cold. My wife asked them why wasn't our food ready as the food we were waiting was already out, all she got was " it'll be 10 minutes", then the server Rosalinda decided to start making smart comments to her manager in Spanish not knowing my wife speaks Spanish. We heard the whole thing while still waiting for our food to be out. We waited for over 30minutes before we requested a refund. The manager NEVER apologized for the staff behavior or for our order never being completed. This is the first time we've ever had issues and this is definitely the last time we come to this restaurant. Poor professionalism, no food ready, and poor management!!!."
"I cannot believe how I was just treated here at this restaurant, my pickup order was for 12:05 I placed an order at 11:45 I waited until 12:05 to leave my house (I’m right down the street takes a minute to get here) when I arrived there were no clear signs on where a pick up person should stand or wait to be assisted. The customers and staff treated me like I was cutting the line, the person at the counter Liss (or at least that’s what’s on her name tag) she was literally going to skip me even though I came in and stood behind the guy that was paying the other customer was still ordering his food when I had walked in. She walked to Rosa and grabbed the food that was prepared as I was waiting in line she didn’t even look at me or acknowledge that I was there, She grabbed his food and went to check him out, when I said hello, pick up order for Loren and she repeated it back to me. I said yes I’m picking up my order that I already placed online. She stated my order was not ready and they would have to make the order. I then asked to cancel the order, I assumed it would be ready when I got there, I’m a working mother of 3, who is on the go, and busy. That’s why I waited until my order was supposed to be ready, before I even left my house. That’s when Rosa chimes in and said very aggressive and rude “it will be ready in 2 minutes” I then watched her proceed to put 3 extra pot stickers in my box (which my kids love) so that kinda calmed me down for a second. I then asked if they always wait until the pick up customer gets here to prepare the order, and Liss, tried to say it was something about the food not being ready, but everything I got was basic items, nothing excessive, and nothing was extremely fresh, or just made, all my food, you could tell had been sitting there, then Rosa proceeded to call me Fat, in Spanish and remove the 3 extra pot stickers she previously put in my box. I then told her she needs to watch what she says because I just understood everything she just said. I also told her just because someone looks white does not mean they are white. She tried to lie and say she told Liss what to do about the food but I heard her clear as day. To bad because my kids really enjoyed the food and if the food wasn’t for them I really would have cancelled my order and told them to refund my card I spent $22.00 in your Restaurant to be treated very badly and called Fat to my face unacceptable treatment."
