"Real disappointed, I was looking forward to starting a account with this company to supply me with wholesale for my brand, they look like they have great products and the custom hat program looked very promising, but unfortunately their sense of urgency to reach back to me is non existent. It has been over a week since I called and the receptionist took my information, I even sent a email just in case any of my information was written down wrong during the phone conversation. But still no word. I’m a paying customer with money in hand to get production for my business up and running, but now have to resort to other options. I guess when your company reaches a certain “status” supplying bigger brands (Gipson Guitar, NBA Merch) and have been in Forbes and other “prestigious” accomplishments, we small time brands seem to not matter enough to work with.
