"We had 2 great cashiers. The first one was very helpful in trying to figure out why we were having trouble getting pictures of clothing sent to my daughter out of state for her yes or no on several items we picked out. The second cashier showed us a skirt going out on the clearance rack. My daughter initially said no but texted a few minutes later that she changed her mind and wanted it. We went back and she helped me locate the skirt and was super nice and friendly. Great staff and prices are great compared to the regular Torrid stores!"

"I’ve been shopping at this store for almost 5 years and the customer service here has decreased. The women that work here are extremely rude, especially the extremely heavy set white lady. She is always rude. If this wasn’t the closest Torrid to me I would never shop here again. The black woman named Chris is very polite. She’s the only professional employee at this store. The Tempe market place location is way better than the Mills location."
"Went in looking for something very specific that I knew would be low chance of having in stock... boyfriend jeans that have not been distressed. And Bianca was so amazingly helpful. She knew there stock and where to look. Also, amazing clearance items to get me in and out quick. Thanks ladies!"
