I can't remember the last time I received such personal attention & knock-my-socks off customer service! Besides that, the clothes are amazing! "I love Chico's and OTR clothing designs and how helpful staff is. But there is a concern I hope that could give you info to share with regional management. I find that the 100 % cotton tops are not made with preshrunk cotton. The first time a top is washed in cold water and laid flat to dry the top shirt shrinks several inches. It's so disappointing and sadly I can't keep throwing money away on clothes. I'm hoping the corporate buyers will listen and return to selling better quality merchandise."

"I love this location! The ladies recognize us and are so helpful and direct us to the new product. They are great at knowing where everything is in their store and helping me coordinate outfits. Sometimes they sell out of my size but find it at other stores and ship it to our home for free!!"
