"Probably my favorite store in the Arizona Mills"
"Closed early before 850pm. We had parked at the store and show up ten minutes before closed only to have doors locked already. Employees remember the store closes at 9 which doesn’t mean you get to walk out the doors at 9 because you closed the store early. What would Corp think?"
"Never coming here again! The people who work here don’t want to and they don’t know how to do their jobs. Bought something buy one get one free and didn’t get the free item and they refuse to give it to me. Never again! I’m gonna walk in and take it anyway but still… never been in a store that had such terrible customer service qualities. I will be talking to corporate! If you don’t love what you do, find a job and do what you love ladies….. and gents."
"Such a joke. No wonder they've closed a bunch of stores. Fitting rooms are STILL closed. 4+ associates standing around at the counter when there were maybe 10 people in the whole store. Children's clothes are right by the registers. I stood there and tried on 4 jackets and like 4 shirts. Right in front of the 4+ associates chatting at the registers. My teens came over, and I convinced one to try on the pullover she had. Immediately another associate in a less than cheerful tone says we're not allowed to try on. Fine. No worries. You're not allowed to have the $300+ for the merchandise we dropped before walking. Good luck in shirts bankruptcy."
