"The staff in here is really not that helpful when i call and ask a favor if they have this, nope.its full of unwillingness to check he told me right away whatever they have on the floor is what they have which is i get it and i give him the code and describe how it looks like. I ask him if he can check if the item i am looking for is available in thier store so i wont drive around from different ross going here and they dont have it so i call ahead.but not a good customer service.sorry!"
