"If I could give negative stars, I would. The front Associate wanted to argue with me yet offer no solutions to my dilemma. I had to walk away to catch my breath as I couldn’t believe the response from “customer service”. I felt like the interaction was going to end in a confrontation- over a question and request for a paint code that I was directed to get from a door install contractor. I went to the Power/Southern store where staff was 5+ stars and apologized for the power rd experience although they had nothing to do with it. I will never shop at the power road Dunn Edwards and hope no one else experiences what I did. You never know who your customers are and who they will share their experiences with. Absolute fail on a simple matter that the other store was able to resolve immediately."
