"Literally dollar store quality products. Why pay $40+ on garbage dollar store items? Things break usually before they even hit the sales shelf, because on top of their lack of quality in workers, the items lack Any quality as well. Iam getting so tired of this place destroying merchandise before putting on sales floor, then having to bring it back for return over and over again. What is so hard about having quality workers who care about the job they do to handle things correctly instead of just caring about talking and gossiping to each other instead of helping customers. So tired of all the time isles blocked. No workers in sight. Just blocked for no reason. Can't find a work when needed and when you do, they say they can't find who is needed to help. You really need to stop advertising material that you have a Very limited supply of. 40% of the time, you do not have what I need and can not even modify it to work with your constant out of stock or not even available products. I shop here only because it is near by. I have literally spent over $300,000 here, personally (just one of many purchasers for our companies). Yet my satisfaction with this store is falling further down hill all the time. Just now for example, I waited at one of the three registers with lights on. Absolutely none of them had a cashier at the register, nor red lining. I waited there for about two minutes with no one paying any mind. Five workers gathered around talking amongst each other. None of them helping a customer. Mind you, I was not the only one at the register to be checked out.self checkout the bill validators are the worst I have ever seen and one of my businesses are vending. And even in the 80's, they had better quality. Also they close shopping isles for no apparent reason. I had to go down three isles and back track just to get to the register. Then you have their scam of a water test deal where you have a chance to win a $50 gift card. What a lie that is. The scam is actually about coming to your home for a test. No raffle at all. Then when you tell them to stop calling and take you off their list, they keep calling all times day and night. It took threatening a class action lawsuit to get them to stop. Poor customer service. Poor inventory. Poor sales. I think it is time to take my business elsewhere. Further more, their product line is getting very low quality. Might as well go to harbor freight and get things cheaper of better quality. I am done with Home Depot Again more poor service from the staff at Home Depot. Two workers helping one customer ignoring another. Not even acknowledging the other. This store continues poor customer service and apparent lack of staffing at certain times. The knowledge base of most workers is also poor. There are a couple that do know their department and the field it pertains to. It’s Monday. Everyone is in a meeting. I guess that explains why a cut 10’ pipe was put on the shelf with regular stock. Inventory is out of stock. Had to go back for bag left at register. And customers are complaining and they have no clue why? What exactly do they cover in the meetings? Cause it sure isn’t customer service, inventory or anything that makes the customers happy. Just thought it was great to show how smart they are with simple math. You shouldn't have to special order a basic egress window. You keep plenty of worthless sizes in stock"
"I have always had good experiences at Home Depot, and this location continues that legacy with excellent results. Hats off to their customer service team for helping me with an item suffering from a manufacturer defect. They were professional, fast to act, and understanding of the issues I experienced. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience."
"Attempted to get in and out of Home Depot rather quickly for a small item. Yet it was rather difficult to find and staff were completely oblivious as to where it is. Only had a few minutes, so I will have to take care of my little peephole for my front door on a different day. Don’t expect a whole lotta help here, but they do have a decent selection. Surely the part that I need is in here I just don’t have time to look for it today. You can expect the same results as I got at most Home Depot’s."
"Had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE renting a moving truck through Home Depot, and what a great experience. The first moving truck that had electric windows, a rear camera for backing up, and was ultimately cheaper than U-Haul! I plan on using them again in a couple weeks! A+! (P.S. the gas tank that you need to fill up before you take it back is on the drivers side, INSIDE the door!)"
