"this lady claimed i cut in line, but i was waiting and other people were cutting me. then she proceeds to hit me with the cart saying i was in her way (saying that’s why she hit me with the cart) i had store credit and give her the card that was given to me, i then give her my card to finish paying the rest and she says “it doesn’t have a chip” like i don’t know that, and i say “no, but you can just swipe it” and she says “i know, i’ve been working here for four years” she was rude and ill never come here again. god is watching you extra close old lady."

"Always love their kids project Saturdays. First Saturday of the month. I used to help run the projects when I worked at a HD in NJ. Now with my son, it'll be fun to enjoy the making of them. He's still little but it'll create a habit of building things and not always buying things ready-made. .... I was there again today and Mike in Plumbing was extremely helpful! Thanks so much Mike!"

"My wife and I went into Home Depot today to pick up a few items. When we got to the checkout, we noticed they were all self check out. The one person that was there helping people was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. So we proceeded to a register we believed was open as the light was on and nobody was there. Started to try and check out when this incredibly rude female employee started yelling at us, damn near pushed us out of the way and told us we were at the wrong register! And when asked refused to help us!! So I questioned her and said you want me to check out my own product and take abuse from you?! You’re crazy as hell. My wife and I left our shopping cart there and walked out we will NOT be shopping at Home Depot again!!! And just so everybody knows we ended up at Lowe’s. Their prices were cheaper, better quality products and a much friendly atmosphere, AND they actually had checkers to check you out. If I could, I’d give Home Depot a negative rating but unfortunately Google doesn’t allow that. The only thing I regret is not getting her name so I can report her to management."

"I had previously purchased a new washer from Home Depot and had it delivered and set up. They did a great job, so I had no qualms with going back to purchase a new dishwasher. Set up the delivery and installation date and waited to have them come out. The gentleman who came out were super professional, and I really appreciate how honest they were. The wrong parts were sent for the installation so they could not install the new dishwasher. So now I’m sitting here with a new dishwasher in my living room the old dishwasher still in place waiting for them to call me to reschedule the installation. Called the store to find out when they were going to do the installation and nobody can find out anything. So now I’m waiting for a call back to see if they can determine how to get the correct parts to do the install and set up an installation date. They should order the correct parts from the word go rather than make someone wait over a week with a brand new dishwasher sitting in their living room."

"Horrible! Horrible experience with their appliance delivery service. They left my kitchen a mess, I'm finding parts of the microwave that say "needed to prevent fire" that I guess they didn't put in...? Didn't put the shelves in my fridge. I could go on & on. Never again will I buy something from Home Depot that needs to be installed. Although, we seem to be running out of places to order these items because I hear bad things about all of them."
