"Service is excellent. I had a skylight job in which a clerical error occurred on my order on the type of skylight I needed. My installer grabbed the wrong skylight and took it to his job across town. I told our salesperson Steve who immediately grabbed the right skylight and drove it to our jobsite. I understand this isn't to be expected in all cases but he went the extra mile (or 15) to get us out of a pickle. Thank you ABC and especially Steve!"

"Call to inquire about price. They are 20% higher than other suppliers in the area. Ask to have the price lowered so I'll be willing to use them. Tells me I need to buy from them more in order to do that. So I clarified with him, "I have to purchase over priced material in order to ask for a fair price?" they said "yes". So I asked "Why would I purchase from you guys over anyone else then? This is why I never do business with ABC in the first place". Was told "Then continue to order from where you've been ordering from"... World class sales and customer service there."

"Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect. Without engaging in any confrontation with the front desk attendant, I asked to speak to a manager. I had to ask 4 times before he finally agreed to get up out of his chair and walk 10 ft behind him for manager support. The manager (whom I could visually see observing us) refused to speak to me. The front desk attendant walks back and simply says "we're done". One heck of a way to treat to a customer who used to spend $30-40,000 per MONTH here. I felt absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated."

"If you're coming to buy individual tile know that YOU'LL need to go out to the yard and pull those item's. I was instructed on where to go and I found exactly what I was looking for. The roof tiles did cost me $10 a piece which I thought was a bit expensive but I don't know what this material generally cost. I needed 2 and $21 later I had matching tile that fit and color matched perfectly. Thanks"
