"We went to the store in Queen Creek and they did not have the paint so they sent us to the Higley and Williamsfield store because the system said they had it. No they did not have it so they sent us to this Chandler Heights store where we final got the paint. I asked for a discount due to the fact that I was now at the third store and they refused and told me it was not their fault. Guess I will not be buying paint at Sherwin Williams anymore as customer service is not important to them."

Only down side is I wish the samples were smaller and cheaper. But overall, happy I used this brand and has made my house look so much better."

"Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Recommend to try sample size first. Color will look different depends on the lighting and reflection of the room. We thought we got light gray paint, but it looked light purple after it was dried. We took it back and the staff tinted again to make it to gray color. Very satisfied"
