"I have two orders made at this store that are 3 weeks past the delivery dates. I've called and Noone can help. They say they'll call back or have a manager call back and No-one calls back. I've called the 1800 number but they refer me to the store and say the store will call back, store doesn't call back. I've gone to the store and worked with at least 5 associates. 1 trip , they set the order up for a later delivery date , but that date has come and past. I went today on my 3rd In person store trip to try to get this resolved. They paged a manager to the front but he didn't believe the order hadn't been delivered and told me the pro manager would need to help out and walked away without helping. The pro manager was paged at least 6 times to come to the pro desk but she never showed up and didn't have her communication device on her since it was right next to the associate. No one has been able to help, I just go round and round to the next associate who can't help or locate the materials that should have been delivered 3 days ago. I've missed out on multiple days of work waiting on these materials to be delivered that never come. 2nd issue, they sold me 40 boxes of flooring but only had 36 in hand and couldnt find the rest of the boxed in store. I walked out with the 36 boxes 3 weeks ago and they said they would call back on the other 4 boxes, still haven't received the order or a call back and Noone can help when I go to the store about this either. Can't start on flooring without those boxes. This has been the most ridiculous retail purchase I've ever made in 40 years of life."

"I went into Lowe's to look for a power washer. Jim was incredibly helpful and provided great customer service which I really appreciated. I am very happy with the product I purchased with his assistance."

"I was very disappointed to learn that *this location* does not price match other retailers; they only price match other Lowes stores. Here's what happened: The item in question was vinegar. Its regular price at Walmart is $18.47, and at Lowes is $21.98. It was available and in stock at the Wal-Mart just down the street from this Lowes (it was also available for shipping from Wal-Mart). In the interest of time, I elected to make my trip a one-stop shop and just go to Lowes (since they price match, I wouldn't even need to go to 2 stores... yay). I told the cashier I needed them to price match, and they had their "manager" come over to process the price change. The manager looked at the Wal-Mart product page I had pulled up on my phone and informed me that they do not price match other retailers. She was perfectly pleasant and handed my phone back. I explained that I must have misunderstood the price match policy listed on their website and read it to her. She was apologetic and clarified that price matching is at the discretion of each store, and *their store manager* does not allow price matching from other retailers. Bummer, but it is what it is. This isn't my normal Lowes, and even though the staff was nice enough, I will likely avoid this location due to the store manager's policy."

"Lowe's is a great place to shop, during the morning and main business hours. After 5-6pm staffing is limited. I am not a fan of self-checkout. For a large chain, they are doing far better than their orange competitor. Lowe's tend to be cleaner and have higher quality goods available. Will probably be frequenting smaller chains for a more personal experience during all open hours."

"I’ve been coming to this Lowe’s for over a decade. The place is always clean, the shelves are well stocked and the staff really knows what they are talking about. This is extremely helpful when you’re gardening, building something, doing a DYI project, or looking for appliances. In fact, we have bought all our major appliances there. I’m extremely happy with the customer service and the selection."
