"The other weekend I had the unfortunate experience of a bad gift card. The pin was scratched off and we couldn't check out. The customer service rep was great, she contacted Lowes support and spent an hour with me to figure it out. At the end of it the card was unable to be recovered but the manager was able to help me. I am glad they were able to make things right even though it wasn't the stores fault for my situation. Lesson learned, get an activation receipt when buying gift cards."
"Stopped there on the way home from the eye doctor. Store was fully stocked but didn’t have the shrubbery I’m looking for. Bought a USB plug in outlet. Hope they get the plants I want soon. I like Lowes"

"Delivery/installer "Christian" refused to install washer and dryer to second story of the house stating "the valves to washer were faulty and he couldn't turn them off to disconnect". Recommended a plumber needed to replace the valves before the install could take place. Plumber checked valves and there was nothing wrong with them. Basically Christian didn't want to deliver/install washer and dryer to the 2nd floor so he made up an excuse. He also refused to even bring the new washer and dryer to the second floor or to install the new dryer. Do better Lowe's!"
"Ordered an item to be delivered. It came damaged. I told the delivery people I don’t want it. I spent $1,000 and I need something that’s not damaged. The driver was completely reasonable and friendly. Now, dealing with the store… talk about incompetence. No one knows how to help me. I’ve been hung up on twice. Put on hold and hung up on again. Still nothing. I don’t think I am being unreasonable by wanting what I paid for. I can’t even get my money back. Not sure what to do. Won’t be doing business with Lowe’s again in the future that’s for sure. Update. Lowes said they would send me a new undamaged one. Nope. It’s damaged too. Back on hold for over 20min to try and get my money back. Never again"
