"This is a letter I sent to R.S. Hughes: Mr. Stockton: I just wanted to let you know that I finally received the second and last part of my order yesterday (6/16/16). It was ordered on 6/02/16. Ten business days....A little slow don't you think? I mean how long can it take to take a tube of glue off the shelf and put it in a box and mail it?? These were small items (two 3-oz tubes of adhesive) in small, light boxes and, judging by the length of time that the shipping took, I'd say it came by plain old UPS Ground, the cheapest way you can go. The cost of what I ordered was $28.76 and the so-called S&H was $27.00! I've sent 30-pound boxes across the nation for that! The only reason I can think of for being ripped off by you like this is that you, for whatever reason, want to discourage any further business with me...perhaps because my orders are too small. Well, you're getting your wish...you'll certainly get no more business from me!"
