"I had dental implant years back with Dr. Jorgenson which resulted in a severe infection of my jaw, my gums and bone loss thruought the bottom front section of my jaw. I saw him several times as a result of the tissue loss which continued to expose my bone and implant to which his office only performed repeated tissue grafts and never looked into the cause. Thankfully, I was finally referred to a different dentist and periodontist who took an X-Ray and discovered my bone loss as a result of the improperly placed implant. I spent 8 years, repeated bone grafting surgeries, so much pain, and thousands of dollars to fix this doctor and this office's mistake."

"Do you want your orthodontist not to prescribe you antibiotics because he thinks your Macrobid for UTI is enough which in return gets your bone graft infected? Do you want your orthodontist to tell you “oh yeah I should’ve given you that amoxicillin in the first place”? Do you want to be told it’s normal for a bunch of your bone graft to come out of the site even though it’s the second month? Do you want to be told the smell you’re smelling in your mouth similar to when it got infected is your own personal issue? Do you want to your bone graft to be assessed by just staring at it and not thoroughly checking it? Do you want to be told let’s wait after 6 months and see even tho you need help NOW? Then this is the right clinic for you. All the staff starting from calling the front desk are no help. They kept questioning me and telling me if I’m really sure if I think there’s something wrong. I’m a registered nurse and know when there is an infection and need help and to be just treated like I’m a crazy person is not okay. I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else. Please don’t go here. I am currently being treated by my regular dentist who knows how to efficiently assess and treat and listen to their patient. The graft is not healing right and still coming out now and then. I’m not a hard patient at all and only want my bone graft to heal properly. It really doesn’t take that much to be a caring professional. Don’t waste your time here."
