"Unfortunately I’m having to change my review from a 5 star to a 1 star. The office abruptly dropped my insurance with 2 weeks notice before my appointment. Not to mention we had a a few appointments scheduled in the future as part of my dental work needed. I’m very disappointed with their lack of compassion towards their patients. I asked for a recommendation/ referral to another dentist and Trish wouldn’t even reply. I’ll have to find another dentist in my network because I just cannot afford the service Trish was offering to have my insurance reimburse me later. I was always a little uncomfortable with the way Dr. Metz spoke with the women who worked there, maybe this was just a sign. Good luck to anyone who goes here….."

"Doctor Metz is a great dentist who does great work, I have zero complaints with any of the dental work (fillings) I got done. High quality dentistry. However, the way he speaks to his staff was very jarring and hearing this during my appointment made me very uncomfortable. Will probably not be coming in again."

"I have been going To Vibrant Dentistry for several years now. Doctor Metz is the best and really takes time to explain the treatments and why they are needed. Tara is the BEST dental assistant and always remembers from visit to visit what is going on in my life and asks for updates, very personable. I hated dentists and rarely went before a friend recommended them. What a nice change. I cant say that going to the dentist is my favorite thing to do now, but they make it very pleasurable. Plus each time I go, they have a new gadget. Technology there is impressive!"

"I can’t recommend this dentist enough Dr Metz is absolutely fantastic and all of his team are wonderful. They make sure you feel so calm and comfortable when you visit and are always happy to help in anyway. They know their stuff here and the care of my teeth has significantly improved by going. Crystal the dental hygienist is also impressive, she always takes time to keep your teeth extra clean and shows you how to brush and floss properly at home if you are having trouble. Visiting the dentist doesn’t have to be so scary anymore! This is definitely the best place around so please give them a try!"
