"At my second visit to Dr. Lines and Magic Smiles today, I had a crown preparation done on the tooth they stabilized last time. The staff were very accommodating to my walking disability and politely kind and quickly efficient. Dr Lines was again very genial and reassuring, and there was absolutely no pain after a single anesthetic injection. He gives a very comfortable anesthesia injection. He is an extremely competent practitioner that has a pleasant chairside manner. I felt very comfortable throughout my visit. The anesthesia has worn off now and I'm happy to say the bite adjustment is perfect. I look forward to my next appointment with Dr. Lines and the excellent staff at Magic Smiles when they will deliver my first ceramic crown with them.. Many thanks for today!"
"I’ve been to a lot of dentist with my children. This is the first dentist to treat us exceptionally well. They are kind and gentle from the moment you walk in they are very welcoming. The assistant was kind and she let me into the room with my son. Believe it or not some places won’t let you in with older children. They were very thorough and where other dentist failed to do this dentist covered. My son was well cared for. Seen to completion they were attentive and got all the work done. They were the first dentist I seen that wasn’t discriminatory. Very welcoming of people of culture."
"I left the Magic Smiles office around 45 minutes ago. I am going to call back once I can talk to schedule my follow up appointment (my mouth is still a bit numb/swollen.) Update soon! Post Op instructions attached!!! I did not call in time to update the office on unexpected issues that were unanticipated. I left a voicemail. I called back today and was able to schedule an appointment for Monday to discuss post care issues."
