"I'm so disappointed to find out that Mesa dentistry has merged with another company. When I called to confirm my appointment they did not have me down. The receptionist was pretty clueless about everything I asked her. I loved the dentist's that were there when it was Mesa dentistry. They were very nice and gentle with me knowing I have a really rough time with dentist's. I don't know what I'm going to do now. Really upset."

"I recently visited Dr. Janet Liao's dental office and was deeply disappointed by the service I received. From the outset, the staff's demeanor was unwelcoming and discriminatory, particularly towards non-Asian patients. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and creates an uncomfortable environment. During the dental cleaning, the procedure was handled carelessly, resulting in discomfort and an unprofessional experience. Additionally, the administrative aspects were poorly managed. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was informed upon arrival that I was not in their schedule, causing unnecessary confusion and wasted time. Furthermore, I encountered issues with billing. I was charged twice for the same service, and when I raised this issue, the response was evasive and unhelpful. This lack of transparency and accountability is concerning and suggests a possible intention to deceive. I believe in providing constructive feedback and hope that this review serves as an opportunity for Dr. Liao's office to improve their services and customer relations. A dental office should be a place of professionalism and care, and unfortunately, my experience was far from it."
