"Poor customer service. Even worse with the shipping. No notification on floors being shipped or ETA. Stepped out with my son for 45 mins, was un able to pull back into driveway due to floors being placed in the center of driveway. Customer service stated, it was curb side delivery but no one informed me that until I reached out with my complaint. Invested over 900$ for these floors, & I can’t get a notification on shipping? nor an ETA? Not to mention rubber flooring has been spamming my email & phone for a review. So here it is!"
"I am updating this review based on the company’s relentless pursuit of satisfying the customer. Definitely deserves 5 stars! Yes, there was an issue, but not only did LS (person’s initials) answer my post, she offered her email and from there the conversations/email exchanges continued. LS was extremely proactive, so understanding of my problem, and determined to ensure the problem was fixed and the customer is satisfied. Talking about efficiency and expediency, within 72hrs, she resolved my problem and I am very pleased with the results! My experience with this company was exceptional. LS was very professional, demonstrated extraordinary care for the customer’s needs and exceptionally dedicated to the company’s performance and execution of its mission - provide great products and service to the customers. I will always use this company for my flooring needs! Thank you LS for what you do!!! This is very disappointing. Based on your response, I guess one is to install the tiles and not have any traffic on the flooring. This is garage flooring, where is one to park their cars without “staining” the tiles from tires? Bottomline - light gray is substandard and should not be sold - can’t walk or drive on it. If the company acknowledges the fault, why sell it and then cover itself under the warranty. What is truly sad, the company would not even suggest a potential solution of offering a discount on red tiles that was suggested as a solution by the customer. Finally, just because the order is three years old, the company states lifetime guarantee of the product, with limited restrictions due to known faults of the product! These faults were never mentioned during the purchasing process Very deceptive in terms of salesmanship and product quality."

However she will be my go to now and Inmay have several referrals for her from neighbors I will install for or help them. I'll wait until garage is finished completely to send photos she can share if desired. It will look great!"

"12/28 Update: Over two weeks and no response from this company for a request for a refund. 12/11 Update: I was sent a replacement set of mats, which also arrived damaged and dirty, however, this time the delivery driver just left them in my driveway without asking if I wanted to accept the damaged product. This second shipment was also sent after specifically asking the company NOT to resend if they are using the same delivery company. Photos attached and buyer beware! I've sent yet another email to customer service requesting a refund and to return the damaged product. At this point I just want my money back since the Christmas present I ordered plenty early is so far a no-go. Original comment: It's been over a week since my order was delivered damaged and I still can't get a final resolution from "customer service"."
