"5 stars for the actual dental work. Love the people. Issue: they are ALWAYS 20 to 40 minutes late ( from the scheduled appointment time) calling you back...then you sit there for an additional time period. Seems scheduling needs to space patients for more time between appointments."

"Like others have posted, I have gone to Gentle Dental Greenfield for many years. Going to the dentist is probably my least favorite thing to do but everyone at this facility makes it the most pleasant experience as possible. Not once have I ever had any issues. Dr. Hall is a phenomenal dentist and I would follow her anywhere unless she moved out of the Valley. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility and staff to anyone looking to find new dental care providers."

"I've been going to Gentle Dental for over 10 years now and each time I go, everyone (the front desk workers, hygienists, doctors)are always welcoming and kind. Dr. Hall is wonderful and makes me feel comfortable each time I see her for any work I need done (she's done my fillings and crowns). I've never had any issues during the procedure nor after, and she always makes sure to review with me anything else that may be concerning about my teeth health. When I went in for my crown most recently, Dr. Hall's assistant, Ana, was equally as wonderful! She was gentle and helpful with getting everything ready with me for Dr. Hall. Ana was also kind and informative on what she was going to be doing and made me feel comfortable during my visit - thank you! Overall, I would definitely highly recommend Gentle Dental to anyone who may be nervous about going to the dentist as the team there does a wonderful job of making you feel comfortable and gives honest and helpful feedback on your teeth's health and options you have for them."

"These guys are amazing! Front staff, dental assistant (Genesis is so professional and friendly), hygienist, and doctor are all so professional and personable. I went in as a new patient for tooth pain, and they made sure I was well informed about procedures and cost. Dr. Emily Hall is awesome - very efficient but approachable. I believe their catch phrase is "Building relationships for life" and it definitely shows! I look forward to being a patient here."

"Dr. Emily is fantastic! She is personable, professional and down to earth. I have never had a crown done so expertly with so few adjustments. I knew this crown would be tricky and I have high anxiety so she booked extra time for me so I could have plenty of rest times in between if I needed them. I found that very thoughtful. She also checks in with you as she works: asking how you are doing, letting you know how much time is needed in a sensitive spot. Not only did this help my anxiety but I feel it makes the difference between a good experience and a bad one. Also, a shout out to Jenny! She is so sweet and kind and makes you feel like you are her friend. I'm so glad I didn't settle for second best and kept looking until I found this practice. It's great to go to an office with people that care so much about what they do."
