"Absolutely displeased with the entire experience I have had with the sands collision center. My vehicle was set in to have a small corner repaired on my tailgate and the truck to buffed of scratches amd over spray. I was given 3 deadlines that my vehicle would be completed all 3 deadlines were not met. To make matters worse on the 3rd deadline I went to the establishment to find my vehicle had the tailgate repaired bit the rest of the vehicle in the same shape as I dropped off. My vehicle 2022 silverado had been in the shop for 9 day with very minimal progress. I chose to take my vehicle from the position of the shop do to the fact they had terrible communication and lack efficiency when it comes to managing when a vehicle is completed. When I took back position of the vehicle it was detailed, upon further inspection the next I did find my paint is still insanely swirled and scratched as well as over spray on the bed side. I am seeking a higher resolution to this problem since the body shop was not capable of any of there own set deadline let alone the job at hand."

"My car was stolen and recovered and towed to this shop per my insurance company because it was highly rated. I had to wait almost a month to have it returned to me but this was not the shop's fault. It was more of a parts distributor issue so I do not fault them on that BUT when I did receive my vehicle I drove it away with significant tire damage that they forgot to repair. It was even clearly marked. Unacceptable and dangerous. They had a month to fix it but skipped it for some reason. Also it was hard to get ahold of anyone who could give me information about my vehicle. Wish I had a better experience. Maybe you will but check your vehicle before you drive away"
