"Had a super weird and unprofessional experience at this store I applied and went through an interview and was told I got the job by the manager. Every time after that I would call and the manager refused to speak to me or there would be an excuse as to why I couldn’t speak to him. I gave it 2 weeks and got a job somewhere else but if they can’t even do a hiring process professionally I can’t imagine how trash their customer service must be. DONT EVER GO HERE THEY ARE TERRIBLE."
"I had the privilege of helping deliver packages briefly for one of the delivery services in the area. The customer service representatives were super nice and friendly. They make sure that the needs of the customer taken care of. I had a very positive experience the couple times I was in there. They're not very busy which makes it easy to shop and find what you're looking for. Fairly easy to get in and out of this store easily visible. Great experience for me all around. I would highly recommend this auto parts store."
"I come from a family of mechanics. My grandfather owned a shop, uncle, dad, etc. They only use NAPA. NAPA hands down has the best, most reliable after-market parts. This location in particular has spectacular customer service. They are always willing to put in the extra effort to help me find the parts I need.
