"Friendly staff, Fernando was very helpful!"

"My husband and I walked into this O’Reilly’s late last night to buy car oil. There was two employees there at the register. I was able to see Fernando’s badge but not the other guy’s badge. Unfortunately we ended getting assistance from the one who didn’t have his name badge on. He asked us what we needed rudely. We told him the year, make and model of the car BUT right after that, he’s ask “what weight?” We were confused because nobody has ever asked us in that way and he spoke fast that made it hard to understand what he was asking. Usually the person assisting will inform us the size of bottle or containers that they have and ask which one you need. And he didn’t didn’t even clarify. He just kept repeating the same question and eventually rudely ordered Fernando the other employee who was very polite to take over, as if we were an inconvenience to him. While Fernando was helping us, and asked us correctly about what size we needed, this rude and discriminating man continued to mock us in the background, asking us over and over again if we didn’t know what “weight” meant and said “how do you not know what weight is means. We ignored him but he wouldn’t go away. This was extremely degrading and racist. Never coming back to this location. Feel bad the nice employee who is stuck working was terrible person."

"Usually AutoZone is our first choice but because we needed a battery ASAP and this was right around the corner we had no choice. My husband who is disabled had to carry the battery out and replace it himself nobody offered to help. The gentleman who helped us he was helpful he didn't smile but that's okay he wasn't rude either. I just know from past experience with AutoZone they have always been very helpful and offered to help with replacing whatever it was that we needed at the time."

"I went in for coolant and wiper blades, and the employee who helped me was so nice. She might have been the manager but I don’t know for sure. She found which blades I needed and even taught me how to put them on. Excellent service and I really appreciate the help!"

"What I have found over the years is that when you walk into an auto parts store and find an older gentleman behind the counter, they generally know their stuff. When I see the younger generation working there I hope for the best and usually get it here at this store. The staff here is almost always nice and helpful. Sometimes you get a lazy a** there that doesn't want to help you but that is rare. This place usually has everything I need and when I call to make sure they spend as much time on the phone with me as needed to make sure they order the right parts for me. I enjoy this place. Thanks for the great service guys!"
