"I have to give this place a 5 star review. In a world where honesty is not so common, I had a great experience with an employee at this shop. I can't remember his name but he works the evening shift. My friend and I came in to buy a new battery for his car. When the store worker noticed that my friend brought an O'Riley brand of battery, he thought that it might still be under warranty with O'Riley. This may seem small, but he could have tried to sell us a battery from his store but didn't. Rather, he advised us to go to O'Riley and see for ourselves. We ended up going to there and my friend was able to get a new battery under the warranty for FREE. This man saved my friend $250. If a manager reads this, I really hope you give this guy a raise. Honesty works and it impressed me."
"Would give zero stars if the system would allow it. I tried to make a simple return through a commercial account, they told me they can't do it cuz they don't have a commercial side. All stores have the ability to return items no matter what!! I called a different store, spoke to a commercial manager "who knows his stuff" and he confirmed all of this.. the store just doesn't want to take care of its customers, I'll go elsewhere.."
"Today, I came into AutoZone to ask a question about my rearview mirror. Right away, Tyson D. came out to my car, examined the issue, went back inside and got the appropriate tool to tighten the mirror. Tyson is awesome, he went beyond the call of duty and deserves an Extra Miler Award, no doubt. AutoZone is always excellent, and today, they were a little better than that. Thank you."
