"I had alignment and oil change completed at Luke AFB Firestone location on a Tuesday, I drove a short way home but next day on the highway noticed the oil light came on. I called the store and manager said probably hadn’t been reset so not to worry just bring in and they would reset. When I got home neighbor checked and oil was very low, I took it to a closer Firestone and it was very low and put in over a quart and half more oil. No leaks. While I understand humans make mistakes this could have been a very costly mistake and while the manager offered to refund me the cost of the oil change it doesn’t account for the time I had to waste, the appointment at the VA I had to reschedule or the stress it caused. I have been a loyal customer for many years of Firestone particularly the Luke AFB location, I am now distrustful of them, did they just short me with the oil, or did they even do an oil change, Firestone needs better Checks and balances in place. I will not be returning to Firestone and will no longer be recommending them as I once did. I did take a photo of my oil dipstick so as you can see oil was very low"

"My wife's coworker needed a flat fixed, when she called the store they said she needed an appointment. My life asked for me to come down and help her out which I did. When I drove by the Firestone there was absolutely no cars in the bay whatsoever, and the bay doors were open. Do they really care about customers?"

"All I needed was an alignment after changing some front end components. Positives: they were able to get me in right away that day where the other local shop couldn't get me in until the next day. Alignment was done correctly and car is driving good again. Negatives: they told me at first that they couldn't do the alignment because my ball joints looked weird. I told them I just changed them. They actually asked me if they were swapped or if they were correct. They didn't seem to have much mechanical experience but I looked it up to put them at ease. It just needed to be aligned correctly. So inexperience was a negative. Overall it was done correctly."

"The Firestone located on Luke Air Force Base is by far my favorite location. I have been coming to this location since 2019 and their are plenty of reasons.. The customer service from the mechanics is fantastic. They are polite and are very helpful in explaining each service they recommend. Also, as long as you show up on time for your appointment, they will have your vehicle back to you in a timely manner. Reasonably priced even though I know there are better deals than this location I much rather come here because I know the service of which I am getting. Message to the mechanics: I appreciate all that y'all do and I also pray God will bless the good work you do for the military and the surrounding area."
