"Had a weird feeling after walking in the store was empty with two people behind the counter. Didn't get greeted at the store but instead got this stare from a grumpy old guy " assistant manager" . I'm an ASE certified parts professional with over 20 years experience, this guy looked at me like I walked into the wrong store. Old man looked mad,very awkward. It seemed like I was a bother to him. Very disappointing since I used to work there, they definitely need a better crew ."

"Over the past year this store went from one of the best to one of the worst .A complete nightmare to deal with . Employees know squat about working a parts Department .I have a part sitting in the back all day waiting for one of them to receive it in to their inventory so i could pick it up . I've waited 28 hours and looks like i will not get it till tomorrow . 27th and Thomas ( the main store) ain't mush better. Done with NAPA"

"This entire store is an unbelievable joke. Called and was on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. Called right back and got help. That tells me they forgot about me being on hold. Then they tell me they can order my battery, this tells me they forgot about my online order that I placed 3 hours prior. I call and they tell me it will be there at 2pm. I get to the store and the delivery driver left it in their car. Then at the end I had to remind the guy about my core charge. The guy kept saying I bought it at the Peoria store and could not grasp the idea that I bought it from the app. Pretty sure he was stoned. Store was a mess and employees were just sitting around talking about the 4th of July. Completely ridiculous! I thought Napa was the best but they have fallen off big time!"
