"Absolutely horrible. I asked for a estimate he ask if I minded leaving my car so I did big mistake. I called so many times to get an update and they never answer there phone. Then I finally got ahold of them and was told they where waiting to see if they would be able to get the parts. 3 weeks later after getting the run around I physically go to the shop to get my car back and he charged me $250 for storage which I never asked to leave my car there he did. I had to call the police because he wouldn't give me my car until I paid. He told the officer that he was holding until I paid "mechanic lean" the officer made me pay but I found out that because he did no work on my vehicle he was not supposed to claim a "mechanic lean" he had no right to keep my car! Definitely informing the Attorney generals office about this."
