"Quick Synopsis: I gave them over $1000 which is 50% of the contract to put my tile in my office back in October 2021. They have yet to deliver and all we get are excuses with no outcome. They never return phone calls (I mean never) and when we go in, there is always an excuse and blamed on the tile company. We are a military family and this is atrocious especially this kind of money for this poor management situation. We in-trusted them with our money and feel as though they do not care. If you want to be frustrated, get the run around, and never get resolution, go to Nation’s Tile Covering. See below for the detailed story. We just want our flooring installed or ourmoney back. It is that easy for us. We went to this company in October 2021 and signed a contract to do my tile in my office. I paid them 50% of the cost and we were told that that the tile would arrive in 6-8 weeks. After that time passed, we called several times to find out what happened with no return call. We went into the store and Nation’s Flooring Covering told us that they were sick and closed the store during the Holidays. We understand that as we are compassionate people. We were told they would contact the tile company because they were delayed per Nation’s Floor Covering. We asked where the product was exactly and they said, “well, I really can’t tell ya”. I thought being able to track a product was a given these days. We called them weeks later with again no return call to us. We asked for our money back but they said they could not do that as they placed that responsibility on the manufacturing company who would not refund money. We went into the store in the later part of January and the Lady at the front desk was already on the defense. She stated that she would try to call the tile company again; actually said to us, “l’m not trying to be a bitch”. We were taken by this as we were nothing but patient and calm with every interaction. Today is February 8, 2022 and still no word. We called last week to get an update and still no return call. We left another message on Sunday stating that we expect a call back by Tuesday or we would have to take further action on our end; believe it or not… still no return call. At this point we are taking legal action. We paid over $1000 and they could care less about the money we paid in trust of them to do their job and deliver what they said they would. Their actions speak volumes by the poor service they hand out. We just want our tile installed or our money back."

"We had my moms floors measured up for new flooring estimate a week ago today by Nations Floor Covering. We have yet to hear back from them with the estimate and they won’t return our calls. We have called twice and left messages because no one answers their phone. They were friendly on the initial phone conversation and the guys who measured were nice but we cannot get them to respond. I guess they are keeping the estimate for my mom’s new flooring a secret."

"Nation's Floor Covering installed tile in two rooms and a hallway. They were very professional. They even matched up grout lines from previously installed dining area tile with the grout lines from the new tile. They also removed the big furniture and moved it back in. The tile looks great and we love it. They ever cleaned up all the mess. We had really old and I mean OLD carpeting before this and the padding had totally disintegrated but they cleaned it up and removed it from the home. Now our floors look great. I highly recommend Nation's Floor Covering."
