"Sierra Vista Glass and Vista Glass, owned by the same entity, project an image of expansive coverage across various cities like Green Valley, Vail, Sahuarita, Oro Valley, Benson, Willcox, and surrounding areas. However, my experience with them reveals a stark contrast between their outward appearance and internal operations. Their phone system falsely presents multiple offices across different locations, yet all calls inevitably redirect to Sierra Vista Glass/Vista Glass. This deceptive tactic creates an illusion of widespread accessibility, masking the reality of only two existing offices. Employees are instructed to mislead customers by claiming the company is in the process of establishing offices in said cities, while technicians predominantly operate from Tucson or Sierra Vista offices. This deliberate misinformation undermines trust and transparency, which are crucial for fostering positive customer relationships. Furthermore, Sierra Vista Glass/Vista Glass engages in unethical practices to maximize profits, regardless of customer satisfaction or employee well-being. They employ deceptive methods to divert customers from other glass shops, even impersonating competitors like Dwight's Auto Glass or A1 Glass. Customer service representatives are instructed to deceive callers and secure sales, disregarding ethical standards and fair competition. The company pressures employees to coerce customers into using insurance for windshield claims, irrespective of whether they possess glass coverage. This profit-driven approach exploits customers' financial circumstances and undermines their freedom of choice. Sierra Vista Glass/Vista Glass prioritizes financial gain over integrity, customer satisfaction, and employee welfare. Prospective customers should exercise caution when engaging with a company that values profit at the expense of transparency, ethical conduct, and genuine service. Dear Richard Main, It's disheartening when customer feedback isn't dealt with directly, especially when AI-generated messages are used to respond. Even though you could not find me in the customer database, I've heard troubling stories from customers about hidden fees. These fees, like the $65-$85 charge for customers living far from your shops, are not explained upfront. So you do not always offer free mobile service like you claim. Being honest about fees is important so customers know what to expect. While I appreciate your email, I feel like I need to share my experiences publicly so other customers know what's going on. I believe talking openly is important for customers."
"This is the place! My windshield was damaged by an 18 wheeler throwing rocks after making an unsafe lane change at I 10 and 202 in Phoenix. EDEKA at the Fry Blvd location was incredibly helpful and quite knowledgeable. She teamed up with JARED at Sierra Toyota. The specialty windshield was replaced in two weeks. The car was left clean and the Mister Car wash sticker and dealer service record sticker was removed from the old one and placed on the new. Definitely a recommend!"
"Rude lady on the phone told me she had never heard of low iron glass, which is pretty common glass. Waited two days to hear back from thier chat funtion after which the reply i got told me to call them. Dont enjoy having my time wasted, why have an online chat if your just going to make me call you anyways."
"Would not recommend Sierra Vista Glass or Lawley Ford for windshield replacement. Sierra Vista Glass failed to properly coordinate appointment with the dealer for vehicle drop off. Ford Lawley had no appointment scheduled for my service or tracking I was dropping my car off. While both companies blame each other I’m still left with a broken windshield and no appointment. I am currently enrolled in a course at Fort Huachuca and am unable to miss much work as a result. Now after waiting several weeks for an appointment I will miss more work, and have to continue to inconvenience my colleagues for transportation till they arrange another appointment. I feel all of this could have been avoided with better communication between these two parties who have to work together."
"The tech ran late and then showed up with the wrong windshield. This was on a Friday. Tried to reschedule on Monday and sat on hold for 20 minutes. The only good thing about this company is Douglas. He's always nice and actually cares about the customers."
