The sales representatives are there to make money and don’t care about getting them the best deal possible such as special orders other than their floor models. My 80+ year old mother went over with an internet price that I gave her for a dryer of under $290 and walked out paying $600 for a $400 dryer. Shame on you Home Depot hope you’re happy with your buck. Dog eat Dog world out there isn’t it."

"It's still my local go-to place for home supplies. But I had a less than awesome experience with a consultation for window replacement. After receiving the quote it took two text messages to the consultant and three trips to the store before I was told they changed their mind about doing the job for me. I lost hours of time dealing with this guy and this company when all he had to do was call me or text me back that the company decided not to move forward on the project. Unprofessional and uncool. I won't be contracting any home repair jobs through Home Depot in the future."
