"Rating this Walmart is a bit weird for me. There’s just so much to it I think. Truth be told I don’t like going into it very often. It just has this air of misery that I have come to expect from any Walmart. I don’t really care for many of the employees. Many of them are rude and if you need assistance with finding anything you can hear quips like “can’t you see it” and my personal favorite “use your eyes”. The joke here is that I’m heavily visually impaired. This has been going on since the location has opened. Normally I would rely on mental memory to find things but with as much as things are moved around I can’t even rely on that either. Self checkout is a mess and with it’s introduction, it doesn’t seem like they employ many cashiers these days. That may be soon changing I think. I wouldn’t recommend self checkout either if you can help it. Even if you go to leave with the receipt in hand they WILL accuse you of trying to steal something. Even if the items that you purchased are on the receipt. Watching them shake down a mother that bought formula for her child was wild to me when we all saw her pay for it. The prices they have are not competitive and a lot of the item selection is poor. I don’t know what is wrong with them in all honesty. If you can help it just order it on the app and schedule a pickup. You don’t have to worry about being scrutinized, you can order it, pay for it, then just pick it up and not have to worry about watching employees that are overworked and underpaid shill for a company that would fire them at the drop of a hat. The only reason that I go to this location is because they have the area monopolized. They don’t really have any competition anymore so it's not hard for them to stay standing."
"Given that it's Walmart, it's no surprise that it's always crowded. Unfortunately, the atmosphere often breeds rudeness among customers, and the staff seem worn out from the constant flow of people. They often avoid making eye contact with customers just to focus on their tasks."
"Store was in disarray. Employees avoid customers. Only check out open was 1, the rest were self check out. Heard customers complain and rightfully so. Plus, they keep changing were items are located, and they are not well stocked. Majority of the staff is not store savvy, professional or helpful, were the complaints that I heard. Plus their bargain prices are no bargain. It's sad how the customers feel, and it's unnecessary."
"Went here earlier this week to order a cake for pickup today for my daughters birthday since other stores here have messed up orders in the past. Well while I was there the lady who took the cake order told me I could also order the cupcakes I wanted to for Easter which was a separate order. The lady decided to make both my orders for pickup at Easter when my daughters cake was supposed to be ready today around noon. She did not pay attention to the date I gave her as the cake for the 9th and the cupcakes for the 30th. She also put exclamation points after every sentence she typed onto the order so it read I wanted my daughters ame with an exclamation point after it and I did not. All the instructions for color had exclamation points after then as well. So it reads like she used them for a period instead. went today to pick up my daughters birthday cake and no cake of course was made because she completely messed up on the date. Thankfully the lady there today Madeline I believe is her name absolutely saved the day and made my daughter her cake as fast as she could. If it wouldn't of been for Madeline my daughter would of not had her cake we wanted for her that I ordered well in advance. The lady who took the order needs to pay attention and stop with the exclamation on everything. I had to go home and alter the cake and take the exclamation off and thankfully cover the area with candles because the lady making it who saved things didn't know because the one who messed up wrote it that way for no reason. Thank you Madeline for making sure we had the cake and the lady who messed it all up needs to be talked to. I will be making my own cakes from here on out because I verified the dates before I left when I ordered and there was two different dates for my order."
"We felt singled out. The guy was literally hovering over our shoulder as we were checking out. We have no need to steal. As we were exiting there was two ladies checking our receipt. One lady said there's only 1 juice listed. I showed her we paid for 2. She said she didn't see the jug on the receipt, I had to point that out as well. If you all are so concerned with theft, you should hire more cashier's to do the job. We are native American and felt that we were singled out because of the color of our skin. As my husband loaded up our items. I went back into the store and there was no one at the door to check receipts. Our friends didn't get there receipt checked either. This is the most uncomfortable visit we've ever encountered at any Walmart. I feel it was racial profiling. So NO, we will not recommend this Walmart to anyone. On another note, half of the lights were out. We had to use our phone light to look for items. Very inconvenient. And they had no more jugs of water."
