"We have a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the battery died. The internet explained how difficult it is to change the battery which is under the passenger seat. We called an automotive shop and they were going to charge $75 to install the battery. We looked up Napa, it said they assist with battery installation. We bought our battery there, and they did not assist...they INSTALLED it COMPLETELY, quickly and cheerfully. Thank you Napa for saving us $75 and a headache!"
