"They ruined the quick lane by making you go through the service department, very unnecessary and takes longer , I will not go there again. I have been a loyal ford owner since I started driving almost 30 years now .I am starting to question my loyalty to a brand and dealer that makes things more difficult than easier and don’t even get me started about the vehicle recalls where they want to keep my truck for 2 weeks which is very unnecessary and I have to pay for a rental out of my pocket really makes no sense, you guys really should rethink the way you are running your business, whatever happened to doing everything to make the customer happy? Oh well good luck to you guys!"
