"My opinion of the company would be 0 stars if i could. This locations first priority seems to be money. They diagnose issues based on cost, highest cost repairs first, replacing 1 part at a time until they get it right, and they get paid to do work that doesnt fix the reported symptoms. They fix their own reported symptoms before yours, so as long as they fix something to bill you or your warranty provider. A customers' request to replace related worn parts during an existing repair are ignored. They make sure to find something else wrong to prevent repeated repairs from being documented. Sanserson evades customers' questions when the answers put them in the wrong. This summarizes my experience over 1 year; repeated visits, months without my vehicle, and the way the shop HANDLES its customers. I won't ever be going back, I learned the hard way here because i let other factors cloud my judgment. This dealership, in my opinion, gives clear meaning to the nickname Stealership."
