"There is still confusion from the help at Jiffy Lube. When I asked of them & gave a $29.95 what does it include and was told that the coupon covered the oil change for the $29.95 but there would be extra costs for taxes; however my bill showed a charge for $84.99. I agreed to pay for the cabin filter and the additives even though they didn't give me the rough cost for them; I firmly believe its very misleading verbably to be told coupon covered the oil change and the additional $40.00 labor not justified, might as well take it to the dealer ship at those prices. Best bet take to Big O tires standard oil chande under $20 perion"
