"Scott treated me excellently, telling me that the Goodyear shop I'd taken the car to the day before hadn't tightened the bolts back up after their attempt to align my wheels. The idiots at Goodyear had also neglected to put the cotter pins back in the tie rod end bolts....he then explained why the Goodyear people had been unable to align the car properly; because they hadn't removed the upper control arm "knockouts." This prevents the upper control arm bolts from being fully adjustable, making an effective alignment impossible. (Read my review on the Goodyear shop at 101 E. Western Ave.) He explained that they would remove the knockouts and even drew me a picture of what they look like, where they are located, etc. Really going the extra mile to make sure I understood the issue. I authorized the extra work and a short time later I had my car back and it drives nice and straight now. And the standard alignment price of $99 covered everything. He also advised me to re-pack the front wheel bearings. I know where I'll be bringing my car from now on. Thank you Scott and all the techs at Network Alignment!!!"

"This is without a doubt one of the best auto shops in the Phoenix Metro area. I only wish they did full auto repair. But if you need brake, suspension, alignment/steering work, Network is the place to go. Recently, I took one of my vehicles in for an alignment issue. After a quick check, Scott brings the car back to me and says, "Your alignment is spot on. My guess is it's one of your tires causing the issue." He didn't charge me a dime for checking the alignment. I took the car to Discount Tire and sure enough it had a bad tire causing the pull. Not long after that I took another vehicle in to have the brake pads checked. Scott told me I probably had half the life or more left in both front and rear brake pads and again didn't charge me to check. My mother took her Sonata in a year or so ago and they told her she still had probably another year left on her rear pads. They could have just told her to replace them then, but they saw that there was still life/value left in the existing pads. About a year later she went back in and had the rear brakes done and the price seemed very reasonable. It's hard to find this kind of integrity in a shop these days. Network is the kind of business that builds its practice through honest work and fair prices. They clearly understand the value of repeat customers. Clearly, I wholeheartedly recommend Network Alignment."
