"I’ve came here multiple times and never had a problem but Thursday I came in for a maintenance cut. I said I wanted no more than an inch off and to just touch up what I already had. I expressed how I had previously had many layers and I hated it. The hair dresser did only take an inch off but put many many layers into my hair. She also cut the front of my hair very very short. I went to my car where I cried for 20 minutes. This really really sucked and I’m very unhappy and feeling incredibly insecure now."

"Sadly, my daughter did not have a good experience here. The stylist wasn’t able to remember her name (it’s only 3 letters) and wouldn’t speak to her unless she was asked a direct question. She only asked my daughter how short she wanted it. My daughter came here because she has curly hair and a friend used this salon and had a great experience. I wish we had the same. Instead “J” brushed her very curly hair out into frizz then cut it dry. She was out of the chair in 5 minutes. My daughter left holding back tears. We will not be returning."
"Brittini Gray is one of the best hair stylist ever! I love my hair, what I was going to get wasn’t the best and she helped me get something similar and made it look amazing. Not only that but she gave me great tips and advice on my hair. This woman is incredible. I recommend her 10/10 would get my hair cut with her again"
"Ethan ruined my daughter's hair. She came in to have a two tone blue and teal hair coloring and ended up looking like rainbow bright. She was devastated and embarrassed to the many colors he added. At a 140$ do what the customer asks. She also did not want a hair cut and he cut her hair anyways. She will never go back. This was supposed to be a special treat for her and it turned into a living nightmare. I went to the store to show pics of her hair that my older daughter paid 60$ at Sally's beauty store to fix her hair so she could go to freshman orientation without being embarrassed. If I could sue them I would!! I called the manager tara and she said bring her in. Because of her devastated emotional state she refused, so I brought pics in to show them. They cannot do anything, not even offer to refund my money, because she did not come in and she already had her hair fixed by her sister. Most expensive horrible experience ever for both me and my daughter."
