"Beautiful facility and nice people. Had problem with adaptive cruise on sprinter RV after repairs at another shop for deer strike. Drove 2 hours to bring in for repairs. Tech checked it out and said issue was it didn’t have cruise control installed? Has Distronic drive assistance system installed which includes adaptive cruise control. Wouldn’t do any more trouble shooting after that. Disappointing service, 7 hours of driving and waiting. Was expecting a little more effort."

"Ok, this is a update on work done to my g wagon. Took it back to them to te do so work that wasn't done correctly. Mgt gave me a discount. So 8 agree. Suppose to be quick turnaround. Took it Monday. Didn't get it back tell Friday..smh... pick it up Friday. My hood of my truck didn't stand up on its on anymore..before I took it to them. I should my son how to put oil in the truck, also vedio tape it so he would remmber. The point of saying this is. My hood stood up fine no problem. Get it back from dealship it's not working anymore. Call in later that day.spoke to service department, they said bring it in. We'll sorry didn't want to have it Goin for a week again..and didn't want to pay them for what they screwd up. Am a 100percent sure of that. So I will never ever get my truck service there again.. always had great service at the the Mercedes dealership in Scottsdale I will be returning to have my vehicles service there from this point on hello father Drive but definitely worth the service that you receive there"
