"Terrible customer service. I called a couple of times to see if I could set up an appointment, but no answer. I was in the area so I figured I’d just stop by instead. When I got there there was no one in the lobby, after about five minutes of waiting an employee walked in and up the stairs without saying a word to me. I proceeded to wait another five minutes and left with out anyone even greeting me."

"I had my hair done at "Hair by Whitney at Glam Doll Salon." It was located inside Vivaldi Salon Suites. It is towards the back parking lot. There are lots of businesses in that lot, and I had a hard time locating it without my GPS. Whitney was very personable and was easy to conversate with. I don't get that a lot with some hair stylists. She was also very quick to respond via text messaging, and if you leave a voice mail. I got full highlights and a haircut. She did a great job with my hair. The timing was great too. She didn't take as long to do my hair as opposed to others. Whitney was awesome!!"
