"First time I went in there for my 6 years old haircut. The lady with a heavy accent was so rude when asked if she can do my son’s lining’s, she replied “we are not barbers” lol. I pressed her to make the lining otherwise I will not pay her. She immediately did as I asked. The haircut was horrible and I had to make adjustments to my sons hair elsewhere. Beware! She does not disinfect/clean the hair clippers prior to using it on my sons hair. Dirty floor full of hairs! I will never go there again! Do not waste your time there. No wonder they open on Sundays when most haircut shops are closed because they needed money so bad."

"Annie was so incredible! Very helpful and knowledgeable with over 10 years experience. She asked plenty of questions to make sure she knew what I wanted and checked in during the haircut to make sure I was satisfied. Wish I could do a 10/10 but 5/5 will have to suffice."

"The lady that cut my hair thinned it out TOO much, I’ve never seen my scalp through the top of my head and I have a lot of hair. She also cut a chunk out of my sideburn so now there is an indent. She didn’t cut the top correctly so there is a solid 3inch patch that is shorter than the rest of the top. On top of that, she broke my necklace"

"The two stars has nothing to do with the stylist. She was very friendly and absolutely awesome. This has to do with an assistant manager, or at least I believe that’s what she was, who doesn’t understand the law and struggled with doing the right thing. I saw a small container of Paul Mitchell styling cream that always sells for less than $25. I needed one for my son’s hair, and the tag said $22. I thought nothing of it, and placed it on the counter during checkout. The stylist scanned it, and it came up as $24. I showed her the stack on the shelf with a $22 price tag which described the exact item I was purchasing. The assistant manager was called over to address the matter. She said that, while she understands that their signage is wrong, prices have gone up and they haven’t had time to put out the new pricing. I told her that I was willing to pay the extra two dollars, but that’s just not how the law works in any state, so she needs to take the time to change the price tags before someone has an aggressive reaction to it. She took two dollars off the haircut. Whatever. Again, we loved the haircut."

"Went in 3/29 for a boys haircut. Was in and out in 10 min and cost $20 with tip. I was thinking wow, that’s some fast service and should’ve checked the cut before I got home. The back is crooked, the front is crooked and there’s all kinds of long hairs where the fade isn’t right and not enough passes were made on each guard to make sure it was even. Don’t waste your money, go to a real barber."
