"Jacob came out gave me a quote. I choose him because he gave me the best pricing and seemed knowledgeable. I am a single mom and can't go with the highest bid. I guess it makes it some what my fault for using him. He spent 2 days removing decals and left every bit of trash behind. I second the comment on appererance of that he reminded me of drug use but choose not to judge a book by its cover. After day 2 Jacob sent a text with photos saying he was half way complete with the services and said he would be back in the morning to complete but could I pay him half. So I sent him a lot of money in my opinion and he has not responded nor returned to finish the job. I had a friend reach out to see if she could get a response for benefit of doubt and sure enough he responded to offer her a quote. I am now having to report him to the ROC and try to prevent others from using his service and being out the money I am. I will not be able to find someone to do the other half for the other half of the money because as Jacob was doing a package deal as would anyone else. Since prep work was being completed. This has been a horrible experience."

"Jacob did a fantastic job on my 40 foot Toy Hauler. The fiberglass surface was heavily oxidized. Jacob polished the exterior surfaces in less than one day. His quote was right on the money, no hidden charges. He was professional, and I had no problem leaving my RV in his capable hands. I went on with my day doing chores and running errands. He texted me when he was about 45 minutes from completion and I met him at my storage facility. I was pleasantly surprised on how great of a job he did. I would recommend him to anyone who needs detail or polish services. He does both RV's and automobiles."
