"We had an issue with our brakes on our 2017 Chevy Tahoe (69,000+ miles and out of warranty) so we took it into AutoNation Chevrolet in Peoria. They assessed the problem and got back to us as soon as the work was done. I was a bit surprised when I received the call and the service guy stated the repair was covered by Chevy Warranty. What a relief in these economic times and just another reason to buy Chevrolet. Thank you Aaron in the service department for be so thorough and checking the bulletins/notes!"

"I recently took my 2024 Trax for the first maintenance and to have the recall fix. I was immediately greeted with a smile. I was quote that it may take all day to complete the recall and that I can go home. When I explained that I lived 45 minutes away and didn't have a way home. My service rep said let me see what I can do. I was out by lunch and they included a car wash. Great quick service much appreciated."

"The facility is clean and the service people are very, very, nice. There is need of a tiny bit of improvement. Both dropping off and picking up my car, the advisor assigned to us never acknowledge us. Dropping off the car, I can understand because mornings are busy, but We had an appointment, and he never left his booth until we ask someone for help after waiting a long time. Everyone else in line was being helped. When picking up our car we stood by his booth door, and he knew we were there, he could see us, yet never gave us any sign he would be with us . After 5 minutes we went to the cashier and there is a big sign that says "No cashier, see your advisor". So back we went and stood another 10 minutes and finally a manager came out, so we stopped him. The advisor opened the door and gave the manager the paperwork. That bother me. This was our first experience with this advisor, I thought it was rude, he could have acknowledged us. Our car was serviced quickly, perfectly, and was clean when we picked it up. They just need a little better customer service. I think they are short staffed and that might have been a stress for them."

"Shanna & Roger at the service center took excellent care of my niggly electrical repair as well as making sure to apply all of the available discounts for my maintenance services that were due. They were outstanding in their communication and their customer service. I was quite surprised when I compared the costs with my local mechanic. Since they were close to the same price for service I opted to get them done at the dealership since they were able to perform everything in one day while having my vehicle including one of the items my mechanic couldn't do. I highly recommend their service department."
