"Let’s just start with the ADA stall in the woman’s bathroom has no lock on it. Continue with the estimate of it taking almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, then after the guy printed out the information about our VIN/Car he comes out to tell me about 2 recalls on the vehicle that he has no clue what they are but know they will take about 45min. How can you know how long something is going to take if you don’t even know is what the service is. Currently still waiting for the service to be finished."
"After spending over 100$ on maintenance that was not needed but "required" to keep my warranty, they give me my vehicle back dirty. I've NEVER picked up a vehicle unwashed, after service. I will not use this dealership again."
