"I'm someone who has heard the numerous horror stories of countless national chains either up selling every part of the mechanical process or messing up something on their vehicle. I decided to give trend auto a try after reading the good reviews and also like supporting local business. From the online scheduling to going in for my oil change it was a smooth and easy process. After the oil change I was advised that there was a problem with the CV axle on my vehicle and they never pushed me to have it completed. Just let me know and told me to get it checked. Well I took their word and decided to have it inspected by the dealer and lo and behold the CV axle was not put on correctly from the factory. This small gesture from the trend auto team has made me a loyal customer and I'll be bringing all my vehicles in for service here. Highly highly recommend it!"
