"Took my brand new work truck for its 6th oil change 30,000 miles... For a oil change air filter and cabin filter on a Sunday. All employees were late and then said computers down and would take 20 to 40 more minutes to reboot his exact words. Two days later I have dirt coming from my inside air vents. So I took a look at were the cabin air filter was and the door was broken not even closed air filter was folded and shoved inside. And broken plastic clips on my floor board. Went back Tuesday and the manager said ya it's a problem with those guys. And said he'll write up a report but it may take some time for them to get back to me. I also had him check everything else cause who know what else they didn't do. I am just so glad I didn't take my personal car there and never will... So don't go to this location on Sunday I guess... Or just don't go if u care about your car cause they sure dont..."

"Terrible workmanship never once have I had an oil change siphoned from the dipstick tube, saying they have issues with Vw drain plugs, probably should get better quality employees. On top of all that they over filled it and oil is coming out of the dipstick tube. Absolutely terrible"

"As busy as we are now days. It was refreshing being able to drive up and someone was there immediately to assist. Everyone working was quick and efficient. With the additional time I requested them to go ahead and drain and replace the radiator coolant."

"Took my work truck in this morning for an oil change service. Little bit of a wait, not a big deal. When I drove it in, the warning on the dash showed that all 4 tires were low on air. When I went to sign for the service the guy went over all the things they had done and specifically mentioned filling all 4 tires to 35 psi as is recommended by the manufacturer. Got in the truck to leave and the all the tires were low on air, just like when I drove in. The technician who drove it out of the bay should’ve seen the low pressure warning as it shows up on the dash display when you start the truck. So, essentially blatantly lied to about the service they performed. The upsetting part is that this is the second time a Jiffy lube claimed they filled the tires when they in fact didn’t. Makes me wonder what other services aren’t actually being done that my company is being charged for. Won’t be back with anything I drive, guaranteed."
