"Booked an appt in advanced and took time off work to get a haircut the day before my wedding anniversary. This was only my second time ever getting my hair cut by a professional. I had a lot of trauma as a kid revolving around my hair. My first time getting my hair cut was bad. Sad to say that my second experience trying to get my hair cut is also horrible! 15 min before my appointment while I was driving on the way, they called me and said my stylist called out and the accommodation they provided was booking me later with a more expensive stylist… I’m now pulled over halfway between home and the salon sobbing in my car.
